How do you play hard chords (like C7b9)?

Why 32323x? It needs an F# to make it C7b9/F#. So our new chord is: E:3 B:2 G:3 D:2 A:3 E:2 G-C#-Bb-E-C-F# 3T-9S-3T-4T-3T C7b9/F#
