Registering is free and easy.
- Enter your preferred Username, password and email address.
- First and Last name is optional.
- Agree to the GDPR privacy policy.

When you become a member we will store (in a secure database on our web server) your details entered in the registration fields above.
This includes:
- Your username (required)
- Email address (required)
- First and last names (if you enter them, they are optional)
- An encrypted version of your password (we have no way of reading or decoding the encryption so will never know what your password is)
- The IP address used at the time of registering and the IP address last used to log in with.
We do not use, sell or share any of this information with anybody, not ever. It is used purely by the membership software to enable you to login and view the members area of the website.
Your email address may occasionally be used strictly within relation to the membership, for example; sending you a verification email; expired subscription or forgotten password; updates that might affect your membership etc. No marketing or any other website / information updates will be sent out to you using this email address unless you are also signed up separately to our newsletter.
You are free to delete your account and information stored in our database at any time. You can do this yourself by clicking on “Delete Account” in your members profile.
Member account deletion is separate from our newsletter so if you are subscribed to that, and want to unsubscribe, you will need to do so separately from the membership. This is done by clicking on the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the newsletter emails.
